St. John 14: "One song, yield not to temptation."

Adelie Lang was born in Paris, March 6, 1845. When a young child she crossed the ocean, where she learned to walk. She came to New York, where she made her home with her parents until they moved to Michigan. In the year 1866 she was married to J. W. Keller of Florence, Mich. They moved to Osage, Iowa, in 1866 and lived there until 1895. They then traveled again going to Michigan, where they made a home and pleasant friends. They were there then for four years and then came to this place.

Her illness was short but she suffered much. The end came, and the mother released from her suffering, passed into the presence of God.

A husband and nine children are left to mourn her loss: Henry Keller residing in Washington; Mrs. Maggie Fritcher of Osage, Iowa, Caldazo, Johnny, Carrie, Daisy, Jacob, William and Louis Keller, of this place.
