MICHAEL CALVIN BOONE 1888-1964
Osage – Michael Calvin Boone, 75, died Saturday night at the University of Minnesota Hospital. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 3:30 p.m., at Champion Funeral Home. The Rev. Norman Brooks will officiate. Burial will be in Osage Cemetery.
Born December 26, 1888, in Libertytown, Md., he was a graduate of the American School of Practipedics. He was married December 14, 1911, to Ida Balsley of Orchard. They lived in Waterloo, Pennsylvania and Minneapolis before coming here in 1938.
Surviving are his wife, two sons, Leonard, Chicago; Emil, Cedar Falls; a daughter; Mrs. Gordon Hendrickson, St. Paul; six grandchildren; three brothers. He was preceded in death by a son, a brother and a sister.
