HARRIET LARSON, OSAGE HIGH SECIOR, IS DEAD; FUNERAL SERVICE HELD
Osage, May 4. – A member of the Osage High School Class of 1933, Harriet Larson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Larson, died Tuesday night from an illness caused by a tumor on the right knee, from an accident two years ago.
She was born August 30, 1915, in Anoka, Minnesota, and the family moved to Osage in November 1917, where Mr. Larson has been in the greenhouse business since.
Harriet was a member of the Congregational Church, where she was teaching a class of boys in Sunday school until her illness. She was also active in campfire work.
Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Stiles Lessly at the Congregational Church this afternoon. Eight of her boy friends in her class acted as pallbearers.
She is survived by her parents and two sisters, Lucille and Marion.
