Mrs. Carl Struck
dies at 68;
Rites at Myrtle
NORTHWOOD, IOWA - Mrs. Carl (Alice) Struck, 68, died on Saturday at her home in Gordonsville. Funeral services will be on Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Myrtle, Minnesota, preceded by a prayer service at 1:45. The Rev. Otto Stehling will officiate. Burial will be in the Wanderer's Rest Cemetery, Gordonsville. Bakke Funeral Home, Northwood, is in charge of arrangements.
Born on December 14, 1894, at St. Ansgar, Iowa, she was the daughter of C.H.S. and Emma Virchow. She was married at Myrtle. She and her husband, who died in January 1961, were custodians of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Myrtle for many years.
Surviving are a daughter, Miss Lenora Struck, Gordonsville; a sister, Mrs. Julius (Hilda) Tessman, Albert Lea; a brother, Rudolph Virchow, Northwood.
