Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Sunday, January 13 at the United Methodist Church, Riceville, for Gladys Pearl Graves, 85, of Riceville, who died on Friday, January 11 at the Stacyville Community Nursing Home.
Rev. L. Carlson officiated at the service, and burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Riceville.
The Lindstrom Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Graves was born on January 14, 1899, to James and Mary Nelson Cameron in Sherman, Texas. A housewife, Mrs. Graves married Donald Isaac Graves on March 2, 1931 at Galena, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, three brothers and one sister.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Harold (Patricia) Buttolph, Lime Springs, and Mrs. Marie Crank, Alexandria, Virginia; one son, Robert, Riceville; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; one sister, Laura Selzer of California, and a brother, Edwin Dammen of Mitchell.
