Mozelle DeMoss (Wells) Fritcher 1884-1947

Osage – Mrs. Mozelle Fritcher, 62, died Wednesday at the home of her sister, Mrs. Fannie Gerke, after a long illness.
She was a practical nurse for several years and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Wells. She was born and reared in Riceville and married John W. Fritcher who died nine years ago.
She leaves three sons, Jack, Carl and Richard, Riceville; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Lulu Halin, Grand Forks, S. D.; her sister; Mrs. Gerke; a brother, Aaron Wells, Riceville.
She was living at Osage at the time of her marriage and came to Riceville at the death of her husband. Funeral was Friday with burial in Osage Cemetery beside her husband.

Mozelle D Wells was born October 1884 in Iowa (1900 Census), the daughter of Harry A Wells and Martha Ann (DeMoss) Wells. She married John Webster Fritcher.
