Richard Grant Graham, 69 of Belton, Missouri passed away December 22, 2010 at home.
A memorial service will be at a later date. He was cremated.
Richard was born on June 12, 1941 in Hume, Missouri, to Russell and Alice Hinds Graham. He grew up in St. Ansgar, Iowa, and was a member of Deer Creek Lutheran Church and graduated from Carpenter High School in 1959.
He lived the past 41 years in Belton. Richard was a Boy Scout leader with troops 111, 210 and 510, honorary member of the Tribe of Mic-O-Say and a NRA member. Richard enjoyed deer hunting and fishing and made trips to Adrians Resort in Minnesota, not only to fish but to visit relatives. He worked at Sears as a mechanic for 23 years, retiring in 1991, then he worked for Mr. Tires in South Kansas City.
Richard was preceded in death by father and mother Alice and E.J. Hollatz.
Survived by wife, Juanitta Lucille of the home; son, Eric and wife, Cheri Graham Belton, Missouri; sister, Kathreen Bergstrom and husband Gary, of Sheldon, Nebraska; Kyla Stromley and husband Dennis, of St. Ansgar, Iowa; three grandchildren, Ryan, Justin and Monica; Aunts Darlene Fredrickson of Northwood, Iowa and Carol Anderson, of Hurricane, Utah.
