RICEVILLE, IOWA - Howard E. Shane, 87, of Riceville, died Sunday (Sept. 1, 2002) at the Riceville Community Rest Home in Riceville.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Linn's Funeral Homes, Iowa Falls Chapel, in Iowa Falls, with the Rev. Robert Orr officiating. Burial will be at the Union Cemetery in Iowa Falls.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Linn's Funeral Homes, Iowa Falls Chapel.
