MRS. NELLIE BRUNNER
NEW HAVEN, IOWA — Services for Mrs. Nellie Brunner, 83, who died Saturday afternoon at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital, in Osage, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Peter's Catholic Church in New Haven; rosary will be at 8 p.m. Monday at the church; burial in St. Peter's Cemetery.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Robert Mork of New Haven; two sons, Vernon of Humboldt and Duane of Mason City; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren, and a brother Charles Loftus of Cedar Rapids; Champion Funeral Home in Osage in charge.

plannedOSAGE, IOWA - Mr. and Mrs. Julius Brunner will be honored Sunday on their golden wedding anniversary, with open house at St. Peter's Catholic Church from 2 to 4. A family dinner will be served to 40 at noon at the St. Peter's Hall.
The wedding date is Oct. 18, when Nellie Loftus became the bride of Julius Brunner. An uncle of the bride, the Rev. Edward Loftus, officiated. They have lived in their present home since.
Their children include Mrs. Robert Mork, New Haven; Vernon, Fort Dodge; and Duane, Mason City. There are 10 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Mr. Brunner operated the New Haven Creamery for 40 years, then was affiliated with the Stacyville Creamery for five years, prior to his retirement.
