STACYVILLE MAN DIES
AFTER LONG ILLNESSFuneral services for Frank Robbins, 67, long-time resident of Stacyville community, were held on Wednesday, June 27, 1945, at the Baptist church in Stacyville. He died there on Monday, June 25, after a long illness of heart disease.
Frank Edgar Robbins, son of William and Sarah Robbins, was born on December 22, 1877, at Storm Lake, Iowa.
On June 2, 1902, he was married to Pearl Hockens, who preceded him in death. To this union were born four children, Velma Fuller of Rochester, Minnesota, Leonore Tienken of Riceville, NaVera Schott of Arlington, Calif., and Wilbur Robbins of Spencer.
Mr. Robbins lived in the Stacyville community since his childhood. He was a member of the Baptist Church.
Besides his children, four sisters, seven grandchildren, and his mother-in-law, with who he has lived for the past several years, survive.
