Frank Brunson
Killed in Automobile
Accident Thursday

The death of Frank Brunson of Riceville, the result of an automobile accident, is one of the most regrettable accidents which has ever occurred in this county. The circumstances of his death as near as we could learn are as follows:

Mr. Brunson and his brother-in-law, Mr. Patterson, were driving along about half a mile north of McIntire. They struck some loose gravel, ran into the ditch, and the car turned over. Both men were pinned under the car. Mr. Patterson being able to easily extricate himself. Mr. Brunson alighted on his face with the car on him. Mr. Patterson summoned aid, but before the car was raised, Mr. Brunson had smothered to death.

The victim is a man of about 60 years of age, and is survived by his wife and several children.
