Born in 1913, Reverend Reginald Brammer, was the son of Reverend Paul and Clara (Dornseif) Brammer. He died January 4, 1971 in Nederland, Texas, with burial in Memory Gardens of Jefferson County, Nederland, Texas.

He attended high school one year at St. Ansgar, Iowa and three years at Concordia College, St. Paul Minnesota. He entered Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, Missouri, graduating in 1837.

He taught school at Young America, Minnesota until 1939 when he became pastor of four small congregations. His residency was established for these at Barnum, Minnesota.

His other parishes were in the states of Minnesota, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas.

After suffering a stroke on February 15, 1967, he was forced to resign from the active ministry.
