Dead of Heart AttackCharles City, Iowa — Miss Anna Funte, 69, Riceville, was found dead of a heart attack at her home Wednesday morning. Neighbors found the body. She apparently had died Tuesday evening before retiring. She was a sister of Otto Funte, 104 Hawkins Avenue, Charles City. She had formerly lived in Colwell.
Funeral services were to be held at 2 p. m. Friday at Riceville.

RICEVILLE WOMAN FOUND DEAD AT HOME
Riceville, Iowa – Miss Anna Funte, 70 was found dead in her home Wednesday by neighbors who noticed her curtains had not been raised and investigated.
Mrs. Guy Gue, who opened the home with a pass key, summoned relatives. Miss Funte had been ill for a couple of weeks but was about her home and Mrs. Gue had spent the evening with her Tuesday. It was believed she left for her home only a few minutes before Miss Funte was stricken.
The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August Funte, both deceased, Miss Funte had spent her entire life on a farm near Elma and Riceville.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Charles Greeley, Riceville; and a brother, Otto Funte, Charles City.
Funeral service was Friday.
