OSAGE, IOWA — Funeral rites will be Thursday at 9:30 a. m. at Sacred Heart Church in Osage for Miss Elizabeth Krones, 57, who died Monday at Peoria, Illinois, having been in ill health for some time. Suffered a paralytic attack Monday noon, and died that night; burial in St. Peter's Cemetery at New Haven.
Born at New Haven, May 21, 1896, to Hilarius and Catherine (Schmidt) Krones; spent her girlhood there and when 20 years of age was employed in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Sweeney of Osage, living with them all of her life. When they moved to Peoria, Miss Krones went with them.
She leaves three sisters, Mrs. Clara Miehels, Osage; Mrs. Mame Morrissey, Lignite, N. D., and Mrs. Susan Nichols, Vancouver, Wash.; two brothers, John and Joe Krones, Osage; preceding her were a brother, Henry Krones and two sisters, Mrs. Anna Severson and an infant sister, Mathilda.
