Larry W. Wick 1945-1997
MAPLEVIEW, MINNESOTA -- The funeral for Larry W. Wick will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in First United Methodist Church in Austin with the Rev. Mark Nordell officiating.
Burial will be in the St. Ansgar City Cemetery in St. Ansgar, Iowa.
Mr. Wick, 51, of Mapleview, died Thursday (Feb. 27, 1997) at his home.
He was born on December 14, 1945, in Savannah, Illinois. He married Violet Kirchgatter on January 24, 1976, at Winona. They lived in Austin following their marriage. He was an employee of Broms Foundry and a member of First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Robin (Mrs. Chris) O'Hara and Kimberly (Mrs. Dan) Gibbs, both of Winona; three stepdaughters, Debra Baisden of Verdunville, W. Va., Sandra Crumbley of Tampa, Fla., and Rebecca (Mrs. Jeffrey) Krengel of Eden Prairie, Minn.; two stepsons, Douglas Finley of Austin, and Donald Finley of Brownsdale; two grandchildren; 12 step-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; two brothers, Gary of Alma, Wis., and Vernon of Winona; four sisters, Audrey (Mrs. Curtis) Tudahl of Rushford, Judy (Mrs. Donald) Bublitz of Winona, Janice (Mrs. William) Bell of Austin, and Nancy (Mrs. Wayne) Hopf of Rushford.
He was preceded in death by a brother, and his stepfather.
Friends may call one hour before services in the church. The Worlein Funeral Home in Austin is in charge of arrangements.
