MRS. JOSIE COONRADT BURIED IN OSAGE

Osage – Interment services were held Wednesday in the Osage Cemetery for Mrs. Josie Coonradt, 84, widow of the Rev. Bert Coonradt. She died August 4, 1962 at Elizabethton, Tennessee.

Her husband was pastor of the Christian Church in Panora, Whitten, Cherokee, Pierson, Correctionville and Bayard. He died in 1944.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Owen (Lucille) Crouch, Johnson City, Tenn.; Mrs. Harold (Margaret) Hossom, Albuquerque, N. M.; and Mrs. Paul (Virginia) Davis, Falls Church, VA.

Josephine was the 2nd wife of Bert Henry Coonradt. His first wife Leona (Holt) Coonradt died in 1907 and is also buried in the Osage Cemetery.

In 1900 the family of Elias O’Banion lived in Storm Lake, Buena Vista Co., Iowa and Josephine is listed as one of the children with a birth date of October 1877 in Illinois.
