M. J. SAUER, FORMER ST. ANSGAR BARBER, DIES IN CHICAGO

St. Ansgar – M. J. Sauer, 64, Chicago, died Monday of a heart condition. He is survived by his wife, Ella, a daughter, Marie, and twin sons, Charles and William, all of Chicago.

Sauer was a barber in St. Ansgar several years before going to Chicago 35 years ago. His first wife, Tereasa Wiesenmayer, a sister of Mrs. Robert Hegland, St. Ansgar, was killed in a car accident.
