MILTON HEBERLY

Milton Heberly, 68, of 66 West 14th street, died Tuesday at 1 p.m. in Isolation Hospital of Carcinoma.

A retired farmer, he was a member here of the waterloo Salvation Army Corps and had been active in that organization for more than 35 years.

Born on June 10, 1880, at Allentown, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Solomon and Amanda Heberly.
He married Alice Nixon here 24 years ago, about 1924. There were no children by this union.

Surviving in addition to his wife are a nephew here, Norbert Simpson, Route 5, and a brother-in-law, Arthur Nixon, Osage, Iowa.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday. Other details are incomplete. The body wsa taken to Block Funeral home.

Funeral services will be Friday at 3 p.m. in the family residence for Milton Heberly, 68, of 66 West 14th street, who died Tuesday at 1 p.m. in Isolation Hospital of Carcinoma.
Rev. W. E. Pietsch will officiate.
Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. The body will be taken to the family residence at 66 West 14th street, at 9 a.m., Friday, from Block Funeral Home.

Milton Henry Heberly was the son of Solomon and Amanda (Resh) Heberly. He married Alice Nixon, the daughter of Francis and Josephine (Bishop) Nixon of Osage.
