RICEVILLE MAN SUCCUMBS AT 75
ANDREW MAHAFFEY WAS BORN IN KENTUCKY; 4 CHILDREN SURVIVE

Riceville – Andrew Mahaffey, 75, died at his home here Saturday morning.

Surviving are four children, Arthur of Riceville; Frank of Mason City; Jesse of Eagle Grove; and Cecilia of Waterloo.

Andrew Mahaffey was born January 13, 1865 in Campbell Co., Kentucky, the son of Andrew and Rebecca Margaret (Herndon) Mahaffey. (as per a family tree on Ancestry.com)
He married Jennie J. Akeright, daughter of Absalom and Elenor Akeright.
