Esther Elizabeth Ball, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Ball, was born at their home near Saratoga, Iowa, November 16, 1909 and died March 10, 1911, aged one year, 3 months and twenty-four days.
Esther was a sweet little child, always bright and cheerful, the joy of home and parents. But she suddenly taken sick March 3rd, with Pneumonia, which resulted in her death in just one week. The funeral service was held Sunday afternoon, March 12th, at the home of Mr. J. G. Burtch. Rev. L. T. Foreman officiated.
Parents were Arthur Holland Ball and Sarah Elizabeth "Lizzy" Clark Ball.

Esther is buried in the Osage Cemetery.
She is the daughter of Sarah Elizabeth Clark Ball (daughter of Thomas and Jane Tibbits clark) and Arthur Holland Ball.
