OSAGE DOCTOR DIES OF STROKE
Dr. Lott Practiced in Community 26 YearsOsage--Dr. Guy A. Lott died Saturday from a heart attack. Dr. Lott has practiced here since 1920. Prior to that he was at St. Ansgar from 1906-1917, when he entered the service, serving overseas for a year and a half in World War 1.
Dr. Lott was born September 8, 1881 at Homer, Michigan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alexander Lott. He was graduated from the University of Iowa in 1906, and brought his bride, Ada Hertz, formerly of Iowa City, with him, to St. Ansgar, to establish his medical practice. He then served in World War 1, thereafter moving to Osage, where his wife died in an accident in 1941.
Surviving is his aged father, 89, at Homer, Mich., 2 sons, Bruce of Osage, and Guy of Arlington, Va., a brother, Mark, In South Dakota and a sister, Elsie, Homer, Mich.
