Funeral service: First Lutheran Church, Blooming Prairie, Tuesday, February 22, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Co-Officiating: Reverend Richard Hegal and Reverend Heidi Heimgartner.
Interment at Grandview Cemetery, Austin, Minnesota
Family:
Husband, Allen R. Michaelson of Blooming Prairie; five children, Richard (Barb Bolland) Koster of Austin, Rodney (Tess) Koster, Blooming Prairie, Scott (Julie) Easton of Blooming Prairie, Connie Trihus of Blooming Prairie and Rita (David) Braaten of Owatonna; nineteen grandchildren; twenty-five great-great grandchildren; eleven brothers and sisters: Gertrude Kloberdanz of Colorado, Sylvia Christenson of Blooming Prairie, Mary Ann (Darrel) Johnson of Blooming Prairie, Jerry (Berniece) Loew of Blooming Prairie, William (Nancy) Loew of Askov, Bernie (Clarice) Loew of Askov, Paul (Judy) Loew of Apple Valley. Gloria (Merle) Peterson of Washington and Henry (Lorraine) Loew of Askov; also many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.Preceded in death by her parents, first husband, Marlin Koster; one brother; two sisters; one son, two grandson; one daughter-in-law and one son-in-law.
Worlein Blooming Prairie Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Marjorie and Marlin Koster were married October 30, 1943 at the Little Brown Church at Nashua and they resided on one of the Koster farms at St. Ansgar. Marlin was killed in a car accident September 3, 1957. She later married Allen Michaelson.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
