After Long IllnessNina Ritter was born at Osage, Iowa, March 25, 1876, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Ritter [error! It should say "Philetus and Martha Ritter"], and spent her girlhood days in Osage.
She was married to Arthur Rolfe January 20, 1897. To this union were born three children, Lloyd, Lois, and Eva. Arthur Rolfe died at Little Cedar, Nov. 5, 1900, and Lloyd and Eva also passed away.
She was married to Thomas Felper January 17, 1903, and to this union were born eleven children: Dennis of Burlington, Iowa; Lee of Watertown, Wisconsin; Lyle of Grinnell, Iowa; Wilmer and Nora of LeRoy, Minnesota; Ella and Thomas of Chester, Iowa; Leota, Bernard and Louis of Lodi, Wisconsin. Ernest preceded her in death. In addition to these she is survived by her husband and her father, and two sisters.
She had been in poor health the last two years and passed away at her home in Lodi, Wisconsin, February 25, 1931. She lived her entire life in Mitchell County until moving to Wisconsin in November 1929.
