Charles Russell Kindschuh
June 3, 1888 -- February 22, 1950OSAGE, IOWA - Funeral rites are pending for Charles Kindschuh, 62, who was found dead in bed Wednesday morning by his son, Dean, who resides with his father. The body is at the Champion funeral home. Dr. Roy L. Whitley, Mitchell county coroner, said death was due to a coronary occlusion. Mr. Kindschuh had had a heart ailment for many years.
Born to William and Elizabeth McLain Kindschuh in June 1888, on a farm near Little Cedar, he spent his boyhood there and married Helen Duckwitz at Osage.
The couple established home on farm near Little Cedar where she died about 20 years ago. The deceased continued living there until a few years ago when he moved south of Osage where he had since lived.
He leaves two sons, Paul, Osage, and Dean, at home; one granddaughter; a brother, Ralph, near Osage, and a sister, Mrs. Oscar Hackbart, Osage; also preceding him were his parents.
Burial is to be in the family lot in Osage Cemetery.
