BORN IN MITCHELL COUNTY

Carl (Charlie) Martin Adam Dreher, died March 4, 1962

NORA SPRINGS, IOWA - Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at St. Luke Lutheran Church here for Carl Martin Adam (Charlie) Dreher, age 90. The Rev. Amedee Fredette will officate. Burial will be in Park Cemetery with Sheckler Funeral Home in charge.

Mr. Dreher died Sunday at a nursing home here where he had been a patient two years.

The son of Reinhold and Emma Miller Dreher, he was born September 23, 1871, at Osage, Mitchell county, Iowa. He was married to Emma Emilie Ueker, May 1, 1895, in Grafton. She died last June.

Mr. and Mrs. Dreher had operated grocery stores here and at several places in Minnesota before retiring in Nora Springs in 1956. He was a charter member of St. Luke's Church here. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Margaret Harcourt, Mitchell. He was preceded in death by six brothers and five sisters.
