Feldt, Lawrence W. -- September 17, 1960

St. Ansgar Enterprise September 1960 Lawrence Feldt, 59, a retired farmer and businessman, died early Saturday at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital, Osage, Iowa.

Born July 16, 1901, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Feldt, Jr, St. Ansgar. He was married to Marion Rollins, February 19, 1927 at Waverly, Iowa.

Surviving are his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Lavern (Shirley) Funk, Osage; four grandsons; his mother, Mrs. Margaret Harcourt, St. Ansgar; three sisters, Mrs. Nuel (Laura) Culbertson, Chicago; Mrs. Walter (Hattie) Zimmerman, Randall, Minnesota; Mrs. Kenneth (Alice) Heard, St. Ansgar; four brothers, Clarence, Chicago; Alvin, Cloverton, Minnesota; Willard and Edward, St. Ansgar.

Funeral services will be held September 19, 1960 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Rock Township with Rev. Henry Erickson officiating. Burial will be at the Carpenter Cemetery. Pallbearers were Dewey Campbell, Irving C. Olson, Benford Ellingson, Howard Wilder, Arthur Priem, and Claire Bachetella
