Funeral services for Craig Allen Feldt, 28, a former St. Ansgar area resident, were held on Wednesday, October 15 at the First Lutheran church in St. Ansgar with the Rev. Thomas Hughes officiating.
Mr. Feldt was born March 14, 1958 at Osage, the son of Willard and Arlene (Miller) Feldt. He was baptized April 14, 1958 by the Rev. William Kamke and was confirmed May 21, 1972 by the Rev. Elmer Jacobs at St. John's Lutheran church, Rock township.
He attended and graduated from St. Ansgar high school in 1976 and joined his family at Ogema, Minn. where he was employed in the dry-wall business.
He lived in Phoenix, Ariz, for a year and a half and was a realtor residing in Fairbanks, Alaska at the time of his death. He was an amateur photographer and had a zest for adventure and a love of nature.
He is survived by his parents of Ogema, Minn.; two brothers, Dean of St. Ansgar and Conrad of St. Paul, Minn.; three sisters, Mrs. Gary (Karen) Robertson, Mrs. Harold (Joann) Anderson of Webster City and Mrs. Dennis (Jane) Eitmann of Council Bluffs; nine nieces and nephews and a great niece and nephew.
Burial was at St. John's Lutheran cemetery, Rock Township, Mitchell County, Iowa.

#2:Funeral services will be today, Wednesday, October 15, 1986, for Craig A. Feldt, 28 of Fairbanks, Alaska, and formerly of St. Ansgar, Iowa. Rev. Thomas Hughes will officiate and burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, rural St. Ansgar. Mr. Feldt died Thursday, October 9, 1986 at his home.
Mr. Feldt attended schools in St. Ansgar and served in the National Guard for two years. He was employed in Fairbanks dry-walling on a commercial basis.
Survivors include his father and mother, Willard an Darlene Feldt of Ogema, Minnesota; three sisters, Karen Robertson of St. Ansgar, Joann Anderson of Webster City, and Jane Eitmann of Council Bluffs; and two brothers, Dean of St. Ansgar and Conrad of St. Paul, Minnesota.
