Lloyd W. Swancutt
RICEVILLE, IOWA -- Lloyd W. Swancutt, 76, of rural Riceville, died Thursday (Oct. 12, 1995) at his home.
A memorial service will be held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, at the United Methodist Church, Riceville, with the Rev. John Gilbert officiating.
There is no visitation. His body was willed to the Mayo Clinic for ALS research.
Lindstrom Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Lloyd W. Swancutt was born May 28, 1919, on the family farm one and one-half miles east of Riceville.
Survivors include his wife, Kathaleen, of rural Riceville; one daughter, Kathleen Peterson of Lake Mills; one sister, Anita Minnis of Riceville; three stepsons, Vance Kessler, David Kessler and Brian Kessler; two grandsons; and three stepgrandsons.
