OSAGE, IOWA -- Mildred D. Johnson, 85, of Osage, died Monday, February 5, 1996, at home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Dennis Hanson and the Rev. Roy Ott officiating. Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Champion Funeral Home, Osage, with the family receiving friends from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. There will be one hour of visitation prior to services at the church on Friday.
Survivors include four daughters, Dolores House of Anchorage, Alaska; Elaine West of Mitchell; Ilalee Fjetland of Riceville, and Ivadel Fjetland of Riceville; one son, Lawrence Johnson of Riceville; three sisters, Marie Miller of Rolfe, Illa Mae Hubbell of International Falls, Minn., and Mabel "Bea" Ives of Rolfe; two brothers, August "Sonny" Neilsen of Rolfe, and J.P. "Jers" Neilsen of Pocahontas; 15 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one son, two brothers and one great-grandchild.
