Frank Perau, 60
Funeral services for Frank Perau, 60, Petaluma, California, who died April 15, 1994, were held Wednesday, April 20 at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Toeterville, with Reverend Stephen Englestad officiating.
Mr. Perau was born in LeRoy, Minnesota June 1, 1933 to August and Eleanor Perau. He attended schools in Toeterville and St. Ansgar. Following graduation he served in the U.S. Navy Construction Battalion (Seebees) from 1952 to 1955 when he returned to the family farm near Albert Lea, Minnesota.
Frank worked as an accountant or controller for the several Ray area and northern California firms. For the past three years he has been employed in the payroll department of Blue Shield of California in Ukiah, California.
He is survived by his wife, Myrt of Petaluma, two sons, Keith of Knoxville, Tennessee and Franklin Jr. of Petaluma.
He was preceded in death by a stepson, Harold Muchner.
He is survived by his mother, Eleanor Havig of Casper, Wyoming, a brother, Douglas Perau, Strongville, Ohio; sisters, Joan Miller of Casper, Wyoming; Shirley Arno of Buffalo, Wyoming; Ruth Schmidt of Lusk, Wyoming; Sharon Scott of Clarkston, Michigan; Ellie Gossett of Laramie, Wyoming; brother, Dennis Havig of Wisdom, Montana. Two grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Burial was in the St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery, Toeterville.
