Farmer, Taken Ill in Field,
Dies of Stroke

Osage, Iowa — Henry Bentley, 54, died at his home northwest of Osage Wednesday morning following a heart attack. Mr. Bentley had gone to the field as usual in the morning, but returned to the house about 10 a.m. and complained of severe pain in his chest. His wife walked one-half mile to a neighbor's house to telephone for a doctor, but before medical help arrived, death occurred.

The body is at the Champion Funeral Home waiting funeral arrangements.
