Funeral services for Norval Hendrickson, 71, of Forest City, and formerly of St. Ansgar were held Friday, January 3 [1964] at the Methodist Church in Forest City with the Reverend Max Goldman officiating.
Burial was in the St. Ansgar Cemetery with graveside rites by the Odd Fellows Lodge.
Mr. Hendrickson, a retired linotype operator and printer for the Forest City Summit newspaper, died Tuesday, December 31, 1964 at a Mason City Hospital.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Myrna) Blaire of Des Moines, and a son, H. Samuel of Clarion; also a brother, Clifford of Decatur, Georgia and a sister, Lillian Swain of Broadhead, Wisconsin.
His wife preceded him in death a few years ago.
