Elizabeth "Elsie" Brunner

RICEVILLE, IOWA - Elizabeth "Elsie" Brunner, 90, of Riceville, died Tuesday (Aug. 8, 1995) at the Maple Manor Rest Home, Osage.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Riceville, with the Rev. Robert Pfeil officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Lindstrom Funeral Home.

Elsie Brunner was born April 30, 1905 in rural Howard County.

Survivors include three sons, Adolph Brunner and Richard Brunner, both of Riceville, and David Brunner of Osage; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one grandson, one sister, and one brother.

NOTES:

Her maiden name was WERMUTH. She was the daughter of Jacob and Alice Wermuth. She married Adolf Gottlieb Brunner, the son of Adolf Sr. and Bertha Brunner.
