Mary Adams
STACYVILLE, IOWA - Mary Adams, 105, of Meyer, died Monday (Aug. 7, 1995) at the Stacyville Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Church, Meyer, with the Rev. Paul Otting of Visitation Parish of Stacyville officiating. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Meyer.
Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. today at the Sacred Heart Church Hall, with a 3 p.m. rosary and an 8 p.m. Scripture service.
Hatten and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements.
Mary Adams was born July 7, 1890, at Meyer.
Survivors include four daughters, Elizabeth Johanns of Osage; Christina Fruend of Meyer; Sister Dorothy Adams of St. Paul, Minn., and Marie Klapperich of Roseville, Minn.; one son, Mathew Adams of Tucson, Ariz.; 40 grandchildren; 107 great-grandchildren; 65 great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Monica Lessing of Stratford, Wis.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; six sons; one grandson; four brothers; and four sisters.
