ST. ANSGAR, IOWA - Services for Mrs. Minnie Hartwig, 98, who died Tuesday, February 26, 1974, at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital at Osage, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in St. Ansgar. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery south of Osage in Rock Township [SIC, should be Cedar Township].

She is survived by two sons, Leo of Mitchell and Paul of St. Ansgar; two daughters, Mrs. Dora Bless of St. Ansgar and Mrs. Joe Groth of Auslin. Minn.; by 10 grandchildren; by 24 great-grandchildren; and by four great-great-grandchildren.

Schroeder and Dunn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

NOTES:

Her maiden name was Wilhelmine Christine Emilie Dieterichs, daughter of Heinrich WIlhelm Louis and Auguste Habethal Dieterichs. She was born April 12, 1875 in Mitchell County, Iowa.

On May 7, 1893 she married Christian Heinrich R. Hartwig, who was born 1 FEB 1870 and died 16 DEC 1938.
