OSAGE, IOWA — Funeral services for Vern Tenney, 74, will be Friday at 2 p. m. at the Champion Funeral Home here. The Rev. Everett Pencook of the First Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery.

Mr. Tenney died of a heart attack Tuesday in his car near Algona. His wife, the former Minerva Godfrey, died several years ago.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Donald E. Loney, Madison, Wisconsin, Mrs. Dave Christiansen, Osage; a grandchild and a great-grandchild.

He retired five years ago from Klipto Looseleaf Company, Mason City. He formerly had been auditor of Mitchell County.
