MONA, IOWA -- Funeral services for Mrs. Wilmer Krahn, 49, will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Toeterville. She died Friday night at her farm home north of Toeterville. Mrs. Krahn had been in failing health since a heart attack in January 1956. Burial will be in the Toeterville cemetery. Schroeder and Houg, St. Ansgar is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Krahn was born Irene Elizabeth Sheumaker, August 2, 1907, at Wiota. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eli Sheumaker, who preceded her in death. She was married April 24, 1935, and they had made their home on his parental farm since.
She is survived by her husband and three children: Frederich, Jean, and Janice, all at home; two brothers, Harold, St. Ansgar, and Frank, Carpenter, Iowa; and a sister, Mrs. Guy Pike, Otranto.
