FRASCHT, Cheryl Davis
Funeral services were held Thursday, November 10, 1988 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Grinnell, Iowa, for Cheryl Davis Frascht, 42 of Grinnell. She died November 7, 1988 at Grinnell General Hospital of cancer. Smith Funeral Home, Grinnell was in charge of arrangements. She was buried in Hazelwood Cemetery, Grinnell.
She was born Sept. 22, 1946 in Oelwein, Iowa, to Warren and June Davis. She attended Osage schools and graduated from Osage High School in 1965. She attended and graduated from Hamilton Business College, Mason City, Iowa, in 1966.
On July 23, 1966 she married Paul Frascht in Osage. They made their home in Grinnell.
Cheryl worked as a teacher's aid in Grinnell Middle School. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and altar and rosary society.
She was preceded in death by one half-sister, Michelle in 1972.
Survivors include her husband, Paul; three sons: Jason, Joel Dale all at home; and one daughter, Deanna, at home; her mother, Mrs. June Davis of Osage; her father, Mr. Warren Davis of Garner; two sisters, Karen Sutton of Hastings, Minnesota, and Ruth Thompson of Mason City; one brother, Paul Davis of Anna, Texas; and a half-brother, Michael Davis of Waterloo.
