Lois Kellogg, age 91, of Adams, Mower county, Minnesota, and formerly of LeRoy, died early Saturday, April 1, 2000, at the Austin Medical Center where she had been a patient since Wednesday.

Lois was born on October 19, 1908 in Mitchell County, Iowa, to Irvin Wheeler and Cora Shumway Wheeler. She attended and graduated from McIntire High School and was united in marriage to Howard G. Shipman July 20, 1943, in Omaha, Nebraska. He died on February 20, 1949.

She was later united in marriage to Frank W. Kellogg on April 1, 1951, in Riceville, Iowa. He died Feb. 6, 1966. She was a member of the Wayne Baptist Church in McIntire.

She is survived by one daughter, Beth (Don) Habicht of Worthington, Minnesota and one son Harold (Joann) Shipman; one granddaughter and one grandson; brother Warren Wheeler of Riceville, Iowa, and sister Olive Trettin of Grafton, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands and one brother Clyde Wheeler.

· Service: A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Wayne Baptist Church in McIntire, Iowa, with Gary Gilbert officiating.

· Interment: A private family burial will be held at Wayne Cemetery, McIntire.

· Visitation: Friends and family will be meeting at the LeRoy Community Center for a time of fellowship following the service on Tuesday.

Hindt Hutchins Funeral Home of LeRoy is handling the arrangements.
