ST. ANSGAR, IOWA — Mabel F. Van Nice, 87, of St. Ansgar, died Wednesday (Jan. 7, 1998) at Mitchell County Regional Health Center. Mabel was born on December 6, 1910.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the St. Ansgar United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Ted Stowers officiating.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home, 207 S. School, where other arrangements are incomplete.

ST. ANSGAR — Mabel Frances Van Nice, 87, of St. Ansgar, died Wednesday (Jan. 7, 1998) at Mitchell County Regional Hospital, Osage. Mabel was born on December 6, 1910.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ted Stowers officiating. Burial will be in St. Ansgar Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home.
Survivors include one son, Dennis of Midland, Texas; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and one daughter.
