OSAGE, IOWA - Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Champion Funeral Home in charge of the Rev. Stiles Lessly of the Osage Congregational church for Oscar Miller, 53, who died Wednesday night at the Veteran's Hospital in Des Moines, where he had been the past week.

Mr. Miller spent most of his life in Osage. He saw active service in the World War but was discharged and sent home from England because of disability. Surviving are two brothers, Herman of Charles City and Carl of Waterloo. The burial in charge of the Osage American Legion post was in the Osage cemetery.
