Orwin Boese, age 87, of rural Riceville, Iowa, died on Thursday February 21, 2008 at his residence.

Funeral services were held on Monday, February 25, 2008 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Riceville, Iowa, with Pastor Michael Parris officiating.

Burial was in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery in Riceville. The Lindstrom Funeral Home in Riceville was in charge of arrangements.
