Keith Allyn Penney, 83, of Wichita Falls, Texas (formerly of Osage) died January 30, 2008.
He was born April 12, 1924 in Osage to Lynn and Vera (Torney) Penney. He graduated from Osage High School and then served in the United States Navy, retiring from Civil Service at Sheppard Air Force Base.

#2:Keith Penney, 83, of Wichita Falls, died Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2008, in Dallas.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, February 4, 2008, at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Minister Rod Payne. Interment will follow at Crestview Memorial Park directed by Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
He was born April 12, 1924, in Osage, Iowa, to Lynn and Vera (Torney) Penney. He served our country in the Navy, retired from Civil Service at Sheppard Air Force Base as an instructor, was a member of First Baptist Church, and American Legion Post 169.
Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Jill Penney, Steve and Annette Penney; daughters and sons-in-law, Janice and Ranny Voyles, Barbara and Mike Blandford, all of Wichita Falls; stepdaughter and husband, Collette and Randy Slycord of Wash.; sisters, Bette O'Reilly, and Pat Lee, both of Calif.; brother and sister-in-law Lance and Shelly Penney of Ariz.; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by wives, Sally (Crofoot) Penney, and Mary Louise (Norby) Penney; brothers, Clair and Craig; and by sisters: Phyllis, Shirley, Sis, and Dorothy.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3, 2008, at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home.

1. Keith died in Dallas Texas and is buried with his first wife in Crestview Memorial Cemetery, Wichita Falls, Wichita, Texas
2. His first wife as Sally (Crofoot) Penney like the article says. His 2nd wife was Mary Louise (nee Champion) Norby. Mary Louise Champion's first husband was Harvey Myron Norby.
3. As far as I know, Harvey is still alive (2010) and has a 2nd wife, Phyllis.
