Mary Lou Kisner, age 70, of Osage, Iowa, died on Thursday, January 17, 2008, at the Faith Home in Osage. Mass of Christian Burial was held at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 21, 2008, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Osage with Rev. John Moser officiating. Burial was at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Osage.
Mary Lou was born January 5, 1938, on a farm west of Plymouth, the daughter of Claud and Cecelia (Dixon) Kisner. She attended school in Orchard and Osage.
For the past several years, Mary Lou has resided at the Mitchell County Care Facility near Osage. Memorials may be given to the Mitchell County Care Facility, 3834 March Ave., Osage, IA 50461.
Mary Lou is survived by 10 nieces, 10 nephews and their families; two sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Kisner, Mitchell and Shirley Newhouse, Osage.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Clint Kisner, Ray Kisner, and Tim Kisner and wife Marce.
Arrangements made by Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home, Osage, Iowa.
