Adam Lambert, 70, a longtime resident of Meltonville, was found dead at about 7 o'clock Sunday morning, in the railroad yard at Carpenter, where he had lain all night. Dr. G. E. Krepelka, coroner, investigated the death, and his verdict was that Mr. Lambert died from a sudden attack of illness. He had suffered from chronic heart disease for years.
Mr. Lambert had been at Carpenter and was last seen at 6:30 p.m. walking out of town down the track.
He was a widower and lived alone, consequently he was not missed.
