Florence L. Stout, age 76, of Lowden, Iowa, passed away Thursday, Oct. 26, 2006 at the Wheatland Manor Nursing Home located in Wheatland, Iowa. Funeral services were held at the Zion United Church of Christ in Lowden, Iowa, on Monday, October 30, 2006. The Reverend Barbara Muhs officiated. Burial was on Tuesday, October 31, 2006 at Liberty Township Cemetery located in Little Cedar, Iowa.
Florence, the daughter of Fred and Gladys (Bosteter) Weber was born December 2, 1929 at Little Cedar, Iowa. She married William K. Stout July 1, 1948 at Little Cedar. He died September 28, 2003.
Florence served as a director of American Trust and Savings Bank in Lowden for over 30 years. She was especially dedicated to her family.
Her survivors include a daughter, Karen (Brett) Baldwin of Eldridge, son, Kent (Pam) of Lowden; granddaughters Mallory Baldwin and Parker Stout; sister Jeanette (Wayne) Doane of El Cajon, California and brother Ross (Dorothy) Weber of Pomona, California.
Chapman Funeral Home, Clarence and Wheatland, Iowa was in charge of arrangements.
