Funeral services for Herbert O. Kroneman, 64, of Charles City, Iowa, who died May 4, 1983, were held on May 7, 1983 at St. John's Lutheran church, Charles City, with Dr. Paul Murk, pastor, and Robert Sorenson, intern, officiating.
Herbert Otto Kroneman was born in Rock township, Mitchell county, Iowa on July 7, 1918, the son of Paul and Ida (Dieterich) Kroneman. He attended the country school in Rock township and graduated from St. Ansgar high school in 1938.
On December 9, 1945 he married Gertrude Nack of Grafton, at the Emmanuel Lutheran church in Grafton. He lived his entire married life in Charles City. Mr. Kroneman worked as a carpenter until 1958 when he started selling real estate.
Mr. Kroneman is survived by his wife, Gertrude of Charles City; by two brothers Lloyd Kroneman of Carpenter and Elmer Kroneman of St. Ansgar.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Harvey.
Burial was in the First Lutheran cemetery in St. Ansgar.

Interment was in First Lutheran Cemetery, St. Ansgar, Iowa.
