AFFIDAVIT: Dec. 1951.

I, Emma Krogstad, being first duly sworn on oath depose and say that I am the surviving spouse of G. A. Krogstad, a resident of Osage, Iowa, who died on or about the -- day of -- 1951.

That at the time of his death, my said husband was the record owner of a Mercury Sedan Cpe. automobile, year 1946, factory#315556, motor#99A 987161; that he was the head of a family, used said car in his business and the same constituted exempt property in his hands; that he left no Last Will and Testament, that his estate is not being probated, and as the surviving spouse of said G. A. Krogstad, I am entitled to have said automobile set apart to me as exempt property and transfered of record to my name.

I do further state that the transfer of said automobile to me has been consented to by the three children of G. A. Krostad, being his sole heirs at law, to-wit: Orril Krogstad, Hyllis Schwab and Eileen Whitaker.
