Chris C. Mass, 80, of Silver City Passes

Chris C. Mass, 80, well known resident of the Silver City community, passed away this Thursday morning at his home there. The body was brought to the Raynor Funeral Home in Glenwood and funeral arrangements await word from relatives from a distance.

Mr. Mass is survived by ten children, Mrs. Frances Kuntz of San Jose, Calif., Carl Mass of Council Bluffs, Mrs. Elmer Deitchler of Mineola, Ferdinand Mass of Council Bluffs, Ed, George, Harry, John, Mrs. Ed Miller and Mrs. Harry Kahl, all of Silver City. He is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Maggie Spetman, of Silver City.
