Services Held Saturday For Mart Summers

Funeral services were held in the Mansfield Funeral Home in Malvern Saturday, for Mart Summers, 76, who passed away at his home in Florence, Neb., following an illness of some duration from heart trouble.

The service was conducted by Rev. Ira B. Allen, pastor of the Malvern Methodist church and burial was made in the Emerson cemetery.

He was a well known farmer of the Malvern community, having resided in Mills county all of his life until six years ago, when he moved to Florence. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Harry Shepard of Glenwood and Mrs. Mabel Sandiland of Florence and one son, C.A. Summers of Florence, as well as eight grandchildren.
